We met David through a mutual friend who was looking for a home and had recommended him to us. We could not be happier with our experience. David showed us several houses over the course of about a month, contacted the seller’s agent on our behalf when we found a house to buy, made suggestions re offers and counter-offers for us, informed us about contingencies and when to release them, introduced us to inspectors, helped keep the seller’s feet to the fire on things like imperfections in the interior paint, a new handrail for the rear stairs, and several other small things that we were way too pre-occupied to think about. David is not only our realtor, he became our friend. We bought our house just over a year ago (September 2016) and just a couple days ago David stopped by on Christmas Eve to visit us and wish us a happy holiday. David is knowledgable, approachable, attentive, kind, and a great advocate to have throughout the home-buying process. We were lucky to have him on our side and we recommend him to all of our friends.
